At our Active Day
Centers we focus on helping our clients remain independent by improving
their quality of life, their health status and overall level of function. One
of the ways we work to achieve these goals is by providing Physical,
Occupational and Speech therapy services on-site. Members of our Active Day
Center and individuals referred to us from the community can utilize our
Active Rehab Services.

Our professionally trained
staff are specialists in dealing with the elderly. They understand the unique
needs of the geriatric patient and are qualified to work with these clients. In
partnership with the patient’s physician, our therapists will create a Plan of
Care that will set goals to assist our patients in reaching their functional
potential.
